Fall weather calls for fall breakfast! Pumpkin waffles with banana, sugar free syrup, and pumpkin spice whipped cream. This plate is only 310 bht I had pumpkin, caramel swirl mini cheesecake with my coffee so Im just over 500 calories for my meal.

Yes! Eat all the things pumpkin. I found a decent recipe for pumpkin scones. Those are delicious.
