I am at a point where I hate weekends. I overdo it with the food and "braaivluis". I stick to eating the right food, which is a major plus point for me because in the past I always swept a packet of chips by myself when we braaied. But I still overdo it with the "braaivluis" and the scale tels me immediately. I do this to myself every weekend, so angry at myself😖. My hard work during the week is thrown away with too much "braaivluis" over the weekend.

Try add your braai vleis in your calorie. That's what I do

Why don’t you try calorie cycling and intermittent fasting? That way you can compensate for weekends but still keep your daily average at what it should be. For example I’m supposed to eat 1700 cals per day. So during the week I keep it at 1300, then I can eat a little bit more over the weekends. Weekends were always my biggest issue and I failed again and again. I find the new way I’m doing it much more sustainable. Good luck!!!
