Ended by eating too much last night, ruining a perfectly good diet day. I feel like it's encroaching on this morning as well, and I'm munching. Day home with kids because son has a BIG book report to finish. Hopefully I'll be able to keep things level and not get out of control in the food department. I SOOOO want to get below 160!
