I'm feeling much better today. I went on the treadmill for two hours.

Morning, afternoon were good. But then at night I went out with the family, had salad, which is not so bad. But then as the meal crept on, I ate more and more. Ended by eating challah, my real Achilles' Heal. I am not going to buy that stuff anymore! No happy face for today.
