〠Yesterday after school I took my son on a walk. Our area is hilly. But the sidewalk is a little uneven at times, and I fell. I skinned my hands, elbows, and bruised my knees. So today I'm going to take it easy and not treadmill, just clean the house. But yesterday was a good food day. I'm going to weigh myself later for my challenge, and hopefully I lost a pound. Hope! Hope! Hope!
Well, I don't know how long it will take me to recover from this fall. I'll have to give it a few days. I did quite a bit today, housework-wise. I did a little shopping. And right now the muscles in my arms are so sore that I'm having a hard time writing this. I'm just so thankful that I didn't break a bone! All's well that ends well. And if this is the worst of it, I'm very lucky!
