It has enough protein and carbohydrates. But I would add vitamins. It could be fruits or pills.

Wesmec, I eat a huge bowl of fruit every morning at home. I'm on vacation & this was breakfast before getting on the road to drive to the beach. (I was at my Sister's) We'll eat breakfast at the cottage each day....already bought fruit 😊
