Last night i was feeling super snacky and ate a few things. Went to bed and woke up with so much guilt.so i decided to track it all.....and i guess my habits really have been changing because it wasnt that bad. I probably could have wited till morning to eat but im glad i didnt,Because it showed me that i can trust myself , my healthy intuition is gettung stronger and its ok to make mistakes its never as bad as it seems and Everything is going to be ok! I guess the point of the story is i cant be trusted with laughing cow cheese lol.

Only kids eat that over there, it's processed out of refuse from other cheeses. Get the real stuff.
