Last night I overate after dinner at mom's. Today I have to really tighten the reigns and eat well to get back on track. My shin is actually not so bad. Not as bad as I thought it would be after treadmilling yesterday when it hurt. Leads to my theory that somehow this is a virus attacking my muscles. Tough to tell. But I might just treadmill later on. Or take a nice walk with the kids, their last day of vacation.
Ate too much this evening too. No happy face for me today. Tomorrow is a new day! Start fresh! No treadmill today either. Too busy with kids.
