Thanks, Anne and Paula. I really enjoy my 800 cal days as they are not so low that you can’t have plenty of salad and veg and filling protein, but low enough to feel I’m giving my system a rest. Also they are really helping me keep an overall balance right now as I’m doing a lot of socialising…
