So I’m just leaning on drinking water, broth, and green juice to give my gut/liver a rest from highly processed foods and food that that take long to digest. I’ll start slowly eating solids from next week.
105.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
