@melissa_jiks I have always exercised at least 5 times a week - the difference was when I really started to use the fat secret app properly to track my calories even on weekends. And also when I realized it was a journey - so it didn’t matter how long it took. I didn’t get despondent when the scale didn’t drop. It’s basically been 6 months of being consistent.
