I still think you are crazy cooking for him while water fasting🤣 

@Capetownhealthy, we all have different family responsibilities. You’re lucky you have a husband that will accommodate you. My husband would tell me to stop fasting if I had to even think to tell him he must cook after having a hard day at work when I got home earlier than him. These days I’m home with the kids. So no excuses. Fasting or not. Lol I’m going to tell my 8, 5 and 2 year old to make their own food when I fast 😂

Just joking. My husband does moan a bit sometimes when I make him healthy meals, but he mostly eats what is good for him. My boys 12 and 16 can make meals for themselves luckily. But they love it when I spoil them with home cooked meals. The most I have ever been able to do was a 4 day water fast before I feel like falling over and passing out.  

My love I have bn on a 45 hr fast since yesterday!!!! I am so tired! I can’t wait to break the fast at 9pm! I have bn sleeping most of the day n found my exercises tricky but I managed 2 hrs exercise! How do u cope? What do u do for energy? 

Are you okay, haven't heard from you yet. How's it going with your fast
