As an exhausted mom of a 4 year old... that’s what kept me going: the convenience of it.
Frozen vegetables takes less than 5min, throw a chicken breast in the air fryer . A sauce to go with it and it’s good to go!

Not air fried today, Paula as the tray won’t take enough chicken for the 4 of us, but oven cooked with no added fat. A freezer is such a boon for a busy mum. I remember when we got one for the first time (when I was a kid) and it was such a help for my mum (before then she did a shop every other day at least).
