I didnt feel dehydrated yesterday but I must have been. Actually happy about this little jump because there was no reason I should have lost 2 lbs in 11 days and this weight feels more accurate than the previous one.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
