Because I’m on a 31 DAY WATER FAST , I really can’t enjoy this meal but I thought I should share this lunch I made for my brother who is also on the getting fit train .

When I am on a water fast, I make the people around me, make their own food. No man, let the man\boy make his own food🤣

😂😂😂 to be honest it’s not easy being around people who are eating whilst you aren’t. But the cravings are getting lesser and lesser as I go further in the fast . Whenever I feel like taking a bike of something , I remind myself of the girl I see in the mirror and remember why I’m doing this.
Unfortunately my brother can’t cook so I hv to prepare his every meal 😂😂
