WATER FAST UPDATE
DAY 4
I’m actually surprised that I’ve come this far 😮 I no longer feel hungry , I have been experiencing mild light headedness especially if I make sudden movements such as getting up . I’m easily getting tired after simple house chores but besides that , I’m perfectly fine. on top of my occasional tea and coffee , I’ve been taking salt and multi vitamins so that my nervous system doesn’t suffer during this water fast. I’m about to take a midday nap which I never do at all but I guess since I’m running on low energy, I’m that tired . I haven’t weighed myself yet. I will weigh on day 7
