Back on 1200 calories and 3 days in I've dropped 1.4kg of the water weight I must have been holding. My goal is to be back under 76kg by next week Sunday. This is going to be hard but it will be worth it 🎉

hi, if you dont mind me asking. how much protien, carbs and fats you have. like what your split is for each to me on the 1200 cal. I'm so lost with all this. I'm afraid I'll eat to much of one and not the other. please can you advise

But my fat intake does seem to be higher with protein suffering lately
