Hello hello hello to everyone, I hope everyone is doing great with what you are doing on your journey. I didn't do my weigh in, only because it has not changed. The good news is I'm done with those meds. she didn't make me continue. and they did help. Bad news is, Now that I've been off my appetite seem to be a little strong. as when I was taking those med that was my fear but they didn't seem to keep me feeling hungry. I wonder if this is what's happening after stopping the meds. Now I will really have to watch. Ok keep up the good work everyone. I'll keep moving....
