Terrible weekend. Deep fried. Pizzas. Pies. Chips. Whole slabs of chocolates. Wrong choices.
That regret and self hate feeling setting in! And now I just want to eat more Junk!!

That was me for the month of May and beginning of June… the weather is not helping. One thing that has helped is keeping busy. Get those projects and things you have been putting off, done. It takes away your appetite. Meal prep has been the game changer.

Best thing in this weather to fill you up is the Woolworths chicken and noodle soup ! So tasty and filling for less than 250 calories for 500g (the entire bag). It’s been a life saver with this weather
