Into the 2th day of this month. Feeling well. I have been avoiding the scale because of the workouts. The workouts are coming alone great I'm just surprised I'm still doing them. Looks like the body is building up or something. I think this is why I've not step on the scale Don't want to know if the weight is a gain due to the workout, I think I would stop again If I did (workouts that is). so no scale right now. Other than this. I'm moving right alone. slow but sho lol.. I hope all of you are breaking records and all the good things are falling in line for you. Take care all. I'll keep moving.

workouts do crazy things to my scale. I log. but I try not to obsess over weight. now my bodyfat geez that I'm all sorts of worried about. 😝😝 but I love to eat. balance.

So are you saying Hebrew, your workout are working for you as for as the body fat is concerned? you are eating whatever you are eating, but the weight is somewhat stabled for a period of time? I have seen where you were in the green with nice drops. I'm asking because I'm still sticking to the workouts.

Yes. Keep on working out. When we year down muscle it makes micro tears which hold water while repairing. So the scale may show a gain but your burning fat. Then the water eventually leaves. When I get a great workout I can gain. I fluctuate a bunch. Sometimes 4 or 5 pounds at a time. So basically the drops your seeing is the same 5 pounds coming and going. 😂😂 But my 30 inch shorts need a belt now. Don't let the fluctuations bother you. Could be many things but your body will show non scale results.
