Pretty good day. I'm gonna give myself a star. I treadmilled for 90 minutes, the whole time at 3.6 mph, level 6 incline, (no p). I felt like eating all day, and I thought I was going to lose it at one point. But I was able to keep it to just over 1,200 calories, and later I'll have some strawberries. So overall, I'm pleased.

Tomorrow is weigh in day for me. I'm a little worried that I didn't lose this week because I had those three days where I went off my plan. But I'll just have to keep it together for next week and stick to my diet better.

Had a star -- it turned into a sad face -- bad me!!!!
