I was considering dropping down to 1200 calories to try to break out of this plateau, but did some research and that’s a pretty bad idea. Decided to up my puppy- walking to twice a day instead. Maybe it won’t break the plateau, but it’s good for me anyway. And my daughter’s little dog will love it!

So much of this is trial and error, isn’t it? Good choice to opt for the extra puppy walks, that’s what I would have chosen too!
