Trying to get my beach body for our vacation to Florida. I only have a month. I need until 2026. 😂 I also have to pretend that's not a goal or I will self sabotage terribly so if everyone could not tell the other half of DP, that would be great. Keep it on the DL. 🤫 Really just want to be back to my lowest by then which I think is 176 but it's been so long I need to check.

Long-term goals over short-term gratification, that's what I keep telling myself. I've spent many vacations in Florida, love that sugar-liked sand, fine and white. Where are y'all going (note the Southern slang)?

Jess is the same way. She doesn’t want to join the gym contest because it’ll backfire. We’re headed to Vegas in 10 days. Pool bodies or not, here we come!

Wherever you go, have a lovely time and be aware that sun reflecting off the gulf waters and white sand can quickly lead to sunburn; be prepared. 🌅🌞🌊

Same about the self-sabotage. The minute I tell myself I'm going back into a deficit, I want to eat everything. If I just tell myself I'm maintaining and staying active, and end up in a bit of deficit, it seems to work better.
