246.0 Well it looks like my “miracle” weight loss 😉 from earlier in the week has self-corrected. Hopefully I will get progressively smaller numbers from now on. My calorie count is pretty much stable at 1500-1560 so (in accordance with the “8 X target weight” rule) so that’s not it. Still!
