Found this little post it today. Unsure what year it is from but the fact that just getting to 216 was once a goal (never forgetting my highest of 296) is a reminder of how much I've accomplished even on my most gluttonous of days. 💪🏼❤️🤸‍♀️🏋️‍♂️
