I went to 9 Round Gym yesterday morning around 10:30. Finished around 11: 10. I ate a boiled egg, half size of frozen banana and 30g of peanut butter for breakfast. We ate Shabu-Shabu for lunch. We cooked sliced lamb and pork belly meats, tofu, Shimeji mushrooms and some vegetables in the pot. That was really good. For the dinner, we ate ahi tuna stake, some sliced cheese and nuts. I thought my weigh will be gain, but I was surprised to see my weight this morning.
