so exited! having someone over who also prefers vegan food! finally. i already made my most favourate snack, cacao bites( basically nuts and dates) and now ill be starting in my bean burger patties...

Yes so easy! A cup of nuts. ( Recipe says walnuts but i use mixed nuts. A cup of dates. It's a good idea to soak the i ingredients 30 mins if you don't have a good food processor. Then add about two spoons of coconut oil and three tablespoons of cacao. I really like dark chocolate so i tend to add more to taste. It should be easy to roll. Then just make balls and place them in the fridge.

Do you think adding puffed brown rice and puffed millet then rolling in fine coconut could work too?

You can role them in coconuts yes. I have no experience with puffed rice so that i can't say
