little bit of olive oil with the chicken and what ever is in the sauce very low carb and fat content.

try and train at least 5-6 times a week 30min to an hour minimum...

That's great, if possible try to add in some good fats to your prep, for example a few slivers of avo, some nuts etc This will help balance out the protein/carb/fat ratio. The added fats will also help keep you more satiated and helps with hormone regulation and digestion of vitamins
