Because of health reasons I’ve gained 4kgs since starting my meds, it’s been a week. But I’ve started doing volume eating, and i have two huge meals a day and lots to snacks (healthy of course) and remain under 1200 calories (I should be eating 1800).I’m hopeful to see results soon. It was a little demotivating considering I’ve lost 12kgs last year and a week of medication undid all of that. But I’m gonna remain positive and push through 🧘🏼♀️🤼♂️
