Sorry Meintjies i never answered. For the white sauce you use a normal recipe just replace the butter with olive oil and the milk with vegan milk. Instead of meat i use lentils. I add some nice meat spices and paprika and tomato paste and chutney. Pro tip.blend the lentils before you mix the rest of the igredients then people might not even notice. (Depending on the person)
