Experimenting with new recipes. Egg white bits for 70 calories and protein powder cookies for 65 calories. I would add more sweetener to the cookies next time but the egg bites turned out well.

Where can I find these recipes? They look great!!

Mallory the eggs bites are just 3 tablespoons of eggbeaters (whites only) in each cup with 9 grams of cheese, diced peppers, salt and pepper. In the oven for 20 minutes at 350 F. They are better with some hot sauce in my opinion and my husband asked if I could make them with goat cheese next time. The cookies are a work in progress but right now 50 g of protein powder, 10g of cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder and salt, 1/4 cup of sweetener, and two egg whites (or 6 tablespoons of egg beaters). Mind this one is under construction. I find a lot of these on the 1200isplenty group on reddit.

Brownies are baked at 350 for 8 minutes.
