Be kind and patient with yourself mama. It took you nine months to create your beautiful baby. You will get there again, you already took the most important step! My daughter is a year old and my son turns 3 in May. Completely understand...also picked up 10kg with each pregnancy. Think of it as being your turn to take care of yourself and the rest will follow. Have you seen a nutritionist or do you know how many kilojoules you should be eating daily because this is the first and most important thing to do.

Having a baby is very traumatic to a womans body. please dont beat yourself up about your weight. I know it's hard and feels like everyone is looking at you to loose the weight quickly. Well everyone's body and journey is different. I know just after having my son my hormones made me crave everything. Take it one day at a time. Rather choose the healthier option. And try not to stop meals now. You can do it 🙏🔥🙌🏻

Hi! Start with making small changes. Go for a halfhour walk every day. Make that an hour after you get used to the exercise. Put yourself first for a little bit. You cannot take care of everyone else and your baby if you don't take care of yourself. I have been where you are. It is not a great place to be. You have to invest in yourself. Daily exercise is a non negotiable, make it a priority. Make healthy meals a priority, stop snacking. If you have 3 good nutritious meals a day that fill you up wont need to snack. Snacking is what made me gain a lot of weight even after my pregnancies. Also go see your doctor. Pregnancies cause major hormone fluctuations and you may be insulin resistant. If your doctor agrees they may put you on 1000mg metformin a day. That really boosted my weight loss and still helps me to keep it down. Some ladies are lucky and loose weight immediately and with breastfeeding. I just kept on gaining weight no mter what I tried over the years. Get help early on! I am rooting for you!

You just had a baby so don't be hard on yourself! Having this app is wonderful with weight loss I learned to eat alot of high volume low calorie foods and it really helped! I do the Kayla itsines BBG program which one can easily do at home no equipment required it's so much more effective than those gym machines.
