My PT encouraged me to do a journal of my weight loss so that I can see my progress I’ve made. My insta account is private as I’m so nervous to go live. I must say it does keep me more accountable. I’d like to share the account with my new FatSecret community so if u’d like to view please follow me... I’m not very instagram wise but have like 10 posts so far. So advice is more than welcome.
