been off/on up/down and all around with woe and things in my edge of the universe. But today I'm turning back to a better way to eat and live. I'm going to go back to an old woe which allowed eating certain foods whenever and in any combo. I just want something that I can eat when I want and not get too obsessed with it all. At least for a week or so. The foods on this one is non fat plain yogurt, non fat cottage cheese, white fish, scallions, green pepper, lettuce, cucumber, dill pickles, vinegar, lemon juice, diet drinks I think that is it.
