Weigh-in Thursday down 0,5kg

Been back at training for two days this week feeling so unfit again after this break but enjoying the boxing training. Was my sisters birthday and had to have moms home made chocolate cake twice in a row. But progress is progress...

Feeling pumped after today’s training session 🥊
77 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
