Agreed, eating out is hard. Even our best choices rarely work. Except for the fries and creamy dressing, this doesn't look tooooo bad. LOL! Everybody deserves a 'bad' meal once in a while. Just do your best, don't look back and get on the wagon again when you get back home. I have faith in you!

Most hotels have seafood, eggs and salads. Make them your choice instead of fries Have light salad dressing instead of creamy dressing.

GOOD!!! At least I wasn't alone. It was a week of a health problem so when I brought my daughter home from the hospital I celebrated with a large bowl of spaghetti and sauce. I haven't had spaghetti for over two years. It was awesome with no guilt. Hope you enjoyed yours😋

There is always tomorrow to get back on track. I think it’s impossible to not have those occasional bad days. Just my thoughts.
