Thanks, Judy. I think as it’s a long journey, and when I get to maintenance a lot of the changes will have to be lifelong changes anyway, it’s been important to find a diet that feels sustainable. Been asking myself what I will add to my diet when I get to maintenance. Portion sizes are fine as they are, so perhaps just allowing a few more calorie dense foods.
