I ate a lot of salty foods this weekend so not surprised my weight has stayed the same. Increasing my activity levels is really showing up now and I can feel my arms and legs getting more toned and I feel so much happier. Not all our gains are in the numbers.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
