I'm sorry that happened. I had never paid for any plan on here so I don't know how to help. Most of what I do is manual because I like to look for deals at the store. I feel you on people wanting you to buy things. I always like to look for free options. I've never used it but I've seen other people back in 2016 talk about dietdoctor.com. There is a 30 day free-trial membership you can use and test out. There's another app I'm testing out called Mealime and they have Keto meals on there (some recipes and features only for paid members) but they will build a shopping list and integrate with Kroger/Walmart/Instacart/HEB to create an order for you. I haven't actually done an order yet but I'm thinking about trying.

Thank you Eidetiker And Augusta888. It means much to know someone cares. so let me update you. I did get to cancel that program. however I had said that I would use what I already understood about the keto. Now I don't think it is something I can live with or anything, But for what I was doing all alone, I've just changed a thing or two. That is why I said I was headed in a good direction. I was also able to drop something lol. Again Thank you guy. And oh by the way Eideltiker I was going to reply to a message you sent. But I don't see how to do it. Can either of you shade some light on this?  

I am so glad that you were able to cancel it. I love this FS app, I feel like I have made some new friends and that I am receiving so much support too! Everyone is so caring! I think you have to accept/give a follow request in order to message each other... Take care!  

@ladytanker, It's good that you were able to cancel, I hope you get your $$ back soon. I'm not sure about the app, I use both the webpage and the app but I'm more proficient on the webpage. On the webpage there is a sidebar to the right, there's a section called "My Messages" and you're looking for "Inbox", then click on the message you want and on the bottom of the message you have the option to "add reply" in green. I just checked the app and I don't see where you can find your inbox on there but maybe I'm missing something. @Augusta888 I 💯 agree, I chose FS over my fitness pal because of the supporting community. 

Ok my friends, I will get part of my funds back, so I'll take that, Now what I will do is just stick with Fat Secret. Thank you guys for your kind comments. and @ Augusta88 you are so right.
