doing good :-) today is day 4 of my 4 day. NOW if I can just hold it together tomorrow, the weekend and beyond :-) I am kind of surprised but happy that there was a drop in the number on IT (scale). Especially since I ate 5 to 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs yesterday for dinner! But they were so good! My kids & grands are coming this weekend so it will be a challenge to stay within 'good' eating but I will try. They like to cook healthy so that is a plus. I just need to stay away from the snacks, beer & wine. Which is the challenging part. But I'm am glad I'm down in the 140s even if just barely. My BFF left yesterday so I won't have 'going out to eat' next week challenge. I just need to HOLD IT TOGETHER FOR ME!
