Another day ending. It has been one of those what and Ok's for me today. The what is. It was a beautiful sunny day. I know some of you guys are getting that snow and cold temps. So stay safe and warm. I'm about to log this weight and I don't have a change it is the same. Although I started counting my calories last Wed. I don't think I was far off than before starting it. Then I wonder if I'm eating enough. I hear different things about this. But how could this be? How do you explain it? Is it the fluid filling those fat cells after they are being emptied? I'm just really lost on some of this stuff. But it does goes to show that one size does not fit all. IJS.

The Ok is. I said that if I get up today and still have not gone back up to where I started, Or end the month with a 5lb lost. I would be good. Ok I'm good for now lol. I'm pressing on with this little knowledge for the day. I would have given up by now. But I'm not. I got a workout in and this did make me feel better. It is enough to say, I'll keep moving...

That's awesome you got a workout in yesterday. I have a hard time motivating myself. I don't like feeling sweaty, or sore. Bleh.

Thanks Eilde. That workout is something I really have to talk myself into. I think it would be more simple to just get outside and walk, It is the same thing though. Just doing it. Go figure, and when you get the answer to it. I do want you to come back and let me know. lol Take care.

I tried today. Wasn't a full workout session but I was waiting on my food to sear in the instant pot and did some squats and side lunges in while I was waiting. At least it's something 😅.
