Salad with chicken frikkadels and a mint yoghurt sauce. Small glass of bernini today, I know the sugar is not helpful at all but it’s been a while 😬

I have 1 question, where are you getting any alcoholic beverages at this moment in time? I swear I won't tell anyone, I'm just so thirsty!! 😁😁😁😁

😹😹 it’s been sitting in my cupboards since November when I started the diet. I had a couple over Christmas now I’m left with a solitary Bernini and a brutal fruit. Will celebrate with it when I reach 85kgs Hopefully in a couple of weeks🤞🏾
