I’m back for another try. Starting out today with the 3 day military diet. Need something to kick start me out of the funk I’ve been in. Depression is hard enough with the extra pressure of looking at the scale every time you give in and eat, eat, eat.

Hi, Kelly! It is so nice to see you again! I am doing keto again and use a handwritten food journal rather than tracking on FS. But I use FS to record my weight, so that I can see the trends. Good luck with the military diet! Just imagine, a year from now, you could be at your goal weight! In the meantime, you will figure out what works for you! I've missed you. You are my only long-time FS friend who is still here. When I first started, I found the photos of your meals so very inspiring!

OMG! It’s so good to see you again Fleur! I’ve missed you too! I kinda got away from FS for a while too. Been trying to get back regularly but the last year+ has been a struggle both emotionally and physically. But I’m determined to get back to it and stick with this time. And do it solely just fir me this time around. So how have you been? How’s the keto going?
