Tuesday, the 20th! And I'm back, baby! Feelin' gooooood! My weight went up a bit. It did. I admit it. Well, that's what's gonna happen when one overeats for a couple of days. But I'm pleased to say that I'm not totally exhausted anymore. I'm not 100% yet, but I am getting stuff done. I'm going to exercise later. I'm eating pretty well. I am pleased to be feeling strong again in the face of the epicurean temptations! And I am back to battle the forces of evil, along with my FS buddies. Together we stand united!!! ♬ ♪ Ahhhhhhh! ♫ ♪
Update: I went for 70 minutes on the treadmill, 4.22 miles between 3.5 level 5 and 3.6 level 6. I'm not totally back, but much better than yesterday or the day before. Yesterday I did only one mile for 20 minutes, and the day before I didn't exercise at all. I think by tomorrow I'll be back to my normal routine.
