Tuesday, the 20th! And I'm back, baby! Feelin' gooooood! My weight went up a bit. It did. I admit it. Well, that's what's gonna happen when one overeats for a couple of days. But I'm pleased to say that I'm not totally exhausted anymore. I'm not 100% yet, but I am getting stuff done. I'm going to exercise later. I'm eating pretty well. I am pleased to be feeling strong again in the face of the epicurean temptations! And I am back to battle the forces of evil, along with my FS buddies. Together we stand united!!! ♬ ♪ Ahhhhhhh! ♫ ♪

Update: I went for 70 minutes on the treadmill, 4.22 miles between 3.5 level 5 and 3.6 level 6. I'm not totally back, but much better than yesterday or the day before. Yesterday I did only one mile for 20 minutes, and the day before I didn't exercise at all. I think by tomorrow I'll be back to my normal routine.

yay! see i KNEW youd come back from it. Im glad you are feeling 100% again. now if i could just kick this damn drippy nose..... Biggest Loser is on tonight also....MORE fun for all of us to watch and get motivated

I'm planning to treadmill while it's on. I always get motivated, especially during the last chance workout!

ooh good idea. maybe i will get on the elliptical while its on....although i usually tape it and watch it the next day or an hour later so i can skip commercials haha

If you start a half hour late, you can probably cut out all the commercials. Good idea!

You should record those episodes to motivate you whenever you don't feel like working out. That sounds like a great idea. I'm planning on watching it tonight.

I am very happy to see you back to feeling a bit better. Keep it up. I re-watch the biggest loser on Hulu.com while working out too! It is a great motivational tool. Especially last weeks episodes. I don't know how many times Bob had to re-do his 30 second run but I did it right along with them all. lol

LOL! I can particularly appreciate that you are "back to battle the forces of evil." It sounds like they are in for quite a fight. Also, I think your (new?) pic is just great (please don't change it). It sort of reminds me of someone I knew, and it's nice to click on. :-)
