This is DAY 4 and I have completed my challenge for the day as of this post. What I've done is set my journey to the time I started the challenge which was pass Monday. What I wanted was to put in place a support system where I could be held accountable for the things that I'm doing. Or someone that was traveling the road as I.( hasn't happened yet lol) Thinking this may help and I'm only a few hours away from the NEW YEAR. So I will go on alone with hopes of learning more about what works for me.

I'm not trying to loose a lot of weight. although my highest weight was 221lb.(7yrs ago) I've manage to get it in a range but never did reach my goal. I also reset my journey entry because I found that just the little time I started the challenge, There is noticeable changes going on. I'm sticking with the starting weight because that is where I was. I will pick up weigh in on Monday.

I'm not and never have been big on counting calories. I most always it my meals off a saucer. It works for me. However. to much junk food is what I can't get away from. Which is why my weight has been up and down, and never got down to at least my goal.

This year I see it happening. The plan is to reach my goal and take control over what goes into this mouth. I will not say I'll never eat junk, that is not my goal, But to make sure this is not a daily thing. I'm looking to get active again as this has helped. Taking one day at a time.
