Hi guys, I need some expertise advice from u.

I have thin hair that falls a lot and as a result I have decided to take Chewable hair vitamins. These do contain on average 16 cals per serving .

Should I incorporate and count this into my calorie intake for the day ?

If you’re already eating within a calorie budget and have a calorie deficit then I’d say no. 16cal is not going to significantly impact your weight loss goals
