Well, it's still early yet. But I do think I can already say that today is a better day. So let's see. It took me from Sunday night, where I did the unwanted overeating, until today, which is Thursday -- so 3.5 days, I'll say -- to get back into the swing of things. That's a much better rate of recovery than I used to have before I found this site. It would take me at least a week, maybe longer. And the damage I would have done in the interim would have been severe. I consider this current damage only light. So all in all, I'm pleased. But I'm still going to wait to record my weight until I'm pleased with the number.
I did another 90 minutes on the treadmill today, at 3.6-3.7 mph, at level 6 and 7 respectively. I tried to go higher again like yesterday, but my cleaning crew came in and cut my treadmilling into two halves. And I couldn't get up the energy again. But overall, pretty good. And tomorrow I'll try to do some more running up hill.
Hope everyone had a great day!
