Dinner tonight is another Nigella recipe: Moroccan veg pot with dill and pine nut couscous. So fragrant!

It is, Nutricali! I could eat it every day but it’s a bit of a stretch for the kids (they are allowed to only take the veg they like). I do make extra and freeze little pots of it though.

That's very kind of you to say, Nutricali (you are supportive to so many people on here)! My kids are both teenage girls, and it's been important to me their whole lives that they are brought up to love and appreciate and enjoy all food, and to stop eating when they are no longer hungry. I hope with all my heart that they will continue to grow up with a healthy and positive attitude to food and their bodies. Just that one thing will make such a difference.
