So according to the BMI calculator, I am overweight 🤪

But if you lose 1 kg you won't be overweight any longer. According to your height 59 kg will put you back into normal.

We are almost exactly the same in height and weight. My BMI also shows that I am overweight 😅 I think our height works against us. We can't take these things too seriously, we are trying to be healthier and that's all that matters

I am 160 cm and started off with a weight of 62 kg. Was sort of on the border of being normal / overweight. Then I did a thing ... 😀
