Thank you, it is so tasty (also really simple). 3 top tips are: 1) Buy the steak on special offer! 2) cut the fat off and melt it down in the pan so you can cook the steak in that 3) smack the steak down thin with a hammer so it can be cooked hot and fast. Sorry, veggie friends ✌️
